Vintage Fan Quilt Liner Jacket

Relaxed fit jacket reminiscent of vintage military liners cut from a decorative fan pattern quilt. Fans were common motifs in late nineteenth century crazy quilts and their popularity likely was due to the fad for decorating in the Japanese style, prompted by exposure to Japanese art at various exhibitions in America and England. This jacket is made from a variation of the style in beautiful florals.

2 front patch pockets. Finished with navy blue taped seams and binding. Pictured is a Size Medium (Armpit to armpit: 22.5", length from shoulder: 25", sleeve: 23"). This jacket can also be made to order, please select the Custom option in the drop down menu below and leave your UK sizing or measurements at checkout.
